  • परीक्षा शुल्क भुगतान के उपरांत प्राप्त कम्प्यूटराइज्ड पावती रसीद को संभालकर रखें। परीक्षा के पूर्व आवेदक अपने प्रवेश पत्र www.mponline.gov.in पर आवेदन क्रमांक, जन्मतिथि भरकर डाउनलोड कर प्राप्त कर सकते हैं।
  • यदि कोई आवेदक आनलाइन फार्म भरकर नेटबैंकिंग के माध्यम से शुल्क का भुगतान करता है और यदि उनके एकाउंट से परीक्षा शुल्क की राशि कट जाती है तथा प्रिंट प्राप्त नहीं होता है तो नया फार्म न भरें,आप Process NetBanking Failed Transaction Link से Bank Ref. No (Eg:-121525995272) Enter कर स्वयं ही Process कर सकते है| आप Dulpicate Receipt / view application status में अपना फार्म नंबर एवं जन्मतिथि भरकर अपने फार्म का payment status देख सकते हैं। साथ ही डुप्लीकेट भुगतान रसीद प्राप्त कर सकते हैं।
  • समस्त आवेदकों को सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि परीक्षा शुल्क का भुगतान क्रेडिट / डेबिट कार्ड के माध्यम किया जाता है तो बैंकों के नियमानुसार परीक्षा शुल्क के अतिरिक्त अन्य शुल्क आवेदक द्वारा देय होगा।
