Donation to the "Chief Minister's Relief Fund" Madhya Pradesh, could be in the form of money orders, cash, cheques or demand drafts drawn in favour of "Chief Minister's Relief Fund" which may please be sent to the Chief Ministers, Madhya Pradesh or to the Principal Secretary/Secretary, Chief Minister's Secretariat, Mantralaya, Vallabh Bhawan, Bhopal. The donations can also be sent to the Secretary, General Administration Department, Mantralaya, Bhopal or Commissioner / Collector of the respective district. The donations are exempted from Income Tax under Section 80-G (2) (a) (v) of the Income Tax Rule-1961.
