Cancellation Rules
Cancellation Date Rate of Deduction
More than 15 days before the date of excursion  20% of the reservation amount.
15 to 8 days before the date of excursion  30% of the reservation amount.
7 to 1 day before the date of excursion  40% of the reservation amount.
One day before or on the date of excursion(till 4 A.M. in Morning)  50% of the reservation amount.
If park is closed due to any unforeseen reason.  Tourist(s) will be entitled to get new reservation on next available date  or will get 100% refund (as per his/her choice).
Note
  • The period shall be counted with reference to 00.00 hours of the date of excursion
  • Refund amount will be sent to group leader or any person authorized by him
  • If you are canceling your ticket, the Cancellation amount may take more then 30 days to realize in your bank account
